Client Fields
Custom
fields located under the Custom tab in the Client window can be used
in a variety of useful ways. Here are just three quick suggestions:
1) Shower dates for babies or weddings. Makes it easy to send a card,
gift certificate, etc. to let your clients know you are thinking of
them.
2) Gift suggestions for the holidays. Determine in the beginning of
the year what kind of gifts you would like to give your best clients
at the holidays. When your clients come in during the year, ask them
questions to determine which of the gifts they would prefer. How impressed
would you be if you received your favorite chocolates, lotion, etc.
from your photographer at the holidays?
3) Enrollment dates in a baby club, preferred customer program, etc.
Keeps the date of enrollment at your fingertips.
These are just a few of the ideas we've come up with for our clients
to assist them in better serving their clients. How do you use SuccessWare's
