Keeping Your Data Safe

Computers and their disk drives are machines and can break down without any warning. When this happens, data on your computer can be damaged or lost. If this occurred, you may not miss many of the files stored on your computer such as letters, drawings, games, etc. However, your SuccessWare data is very different. The information stored by SuccessWare represents everything that your business has done since you started using SuccessWare. Backing up your data on a daily basis will ensure protection from any computer malfunctions.

We strongly recommend that you backup everything on all of your computer storage media (hard drives, etc.) on a daily basis. Also, do not overwrite yesterday's backup with today's. You should have at least one full week of separate backups at all times. Programs such as EMC Retrospect make backing up simple. If anything ever happens to your computer system, you will be very glad you can restore your valuable data.
