Printing Order Labels
This section describes how to print labels containing general order information. To print negative labels, see Printing Negative Labels in this section.
To Print Labels For A Single Order
Choose Modify Orders from the Order menu.
Enter the first few letters of the client's last name into the Find Client field and press tab.
Success Tracking will search for clients whose last name begins with the entered letters. If more than one client matches, a window will appear listing all of the matching clients to allow you to select the correct one. If the client was found, Success Tracking displays their most recent order. All of the client's other orders are available by clicking the arrow buttons. See Finding People in the Searching section. If you cannot find the order using the Find Client field and the arrow buttons, try choosing "Open search window" from the Search pop up menu. See Searching For Records in the Searching section.
Choose Print Order Labels from the Print pop up menu.
A window will appear asking if you want to print using an existing label format or edit an existing or new format.
To print using an existing format, click the Print button and select the desired label format file from the window that appears.
To edit an existing or new format, click the Edit button.
The label editor
window will appear. To create a new label format, see Creating Label Formats
in the Label Editor section. To edit an existing format, see Editing
Existing Label Formats in the
Label Editor section.
To Print Labels For Several Orders
Choose List Orders from the Order menu.
Find the orders to print by choosing "Open search window" from the Search pop up menu. Alternatively or in addition, you can select the orders to print by clicking their entries in the list while holding down the Ctrl key.
For help with searching for the orders, see Searching For Records in the Searching section. If you select one or more orders, SuccessWare will print labels for the selected orders only. If you do not select any orders, it will print labels for all of the listed orders.
Choose Print Order Labels from the Print pop up menu.
A window will appear asking if you want to print using an existing label format or edit an existing or new format.
To print using an existing format, click the Print button and select the desired label format file from the window that appears.
