Payment Method

Click the appropriate radio button. The None radio button is disabled unless the Category pop up menu is set to Sales Tax Discount. Select None for sales tax discounts that you remove from collected sales taxes before paying the state. If you received cash, click Cash and select the cash account to receive the funds from the pop up menu. If you received a check, click Check and enter the number on the check. The check will be available for deposit into a studio account. If you were paid via credit card, click Credit Card and enter the name of the accepted credit card. Note that this field has an associated pop up menu that contains acceptable values to allow quick entry. See Using Pop Up Menu Fields in the Pop Up Menu Fields section. If the income was electronically deposited into a studio account, click Automatic Deposit and select the bank account that received the funds from the pop up menu.
