What Are Inquiries?

When someone asks you or one of your staff members about your products or services, they have made an "inquiry." This may occur through a phone call, a "walk-in" visit to your studio, a visit to your booth at a bridal show, etc. The inquirer can be a new person, a prospect that you have been sending marketing information to, or they may be a past client. They may or may not decide to use your services, but something made them interested enough to talk to you.
