If you have a page on your web site that allows prospects to request more information, SuccessWare can download the entered values from your web form and automatically create appropriate inquiry and prospects records. If you don't have such a web page, SuccessWare makes it easy to create one. This great feature works for any web site and hosting provider.

Here’s how it works. Prospects fill out your web form. You can design the form any way you want so it matches the rest of your web site. When they click Submit, their entered information is sent to a special SuccessWare web server. The server checks for input errors based on your specifications and tells the prospect how to fix them.

Once the prospect submits proper values, the SuccessWare web server saves the information and displays a page stating that their request was accepted.  Just like the page containing the form, you can design the input accepted and rejected pages to fit into your site’s look and feel. The SuccessWare web server stores the submitted form information for all prospects until you decide to download it into SuccessWare.
