Retrieving Web Inquiries

The first time you do so, SuccessWare asks if you would like to be notified daily via E-mail if there are inquiries waiting to be downloaded. Just enter the E-mail address of the person at your studio who is responsible for downloading the web inquiries. When inquiries are waiting to be downloaded, a notification will arrive overnight in their E-mail box.

All of the inquiry information that was entered by the prospects appears in the records, including their names, the types of photography they are interested in, how they heard about you, and any comments they may have made.

Note the Responded to Web Inquiry check box. Check it once you have performed all of the necessary actions to satisfy the prospect's request — like sending them a brochure, calling them, etc. That way, the inquiry will no longer show up when choosing Show Web Inquiries Awaiting a Response.

All of the information the prospect entered is available, including their contact information, event date, and any identifiers that were automatically generated based on their responses. You can check the Responded to Web Inquiry box on the prospect’s associated inquiry without actually going to the inquiry record using the Web pop up menu.
