Setting Password Options

• Choose Security from the File menu.

  If you are a security administrator, you will be asked to enter your password to verify your identity. Once your password has been entered, the Security Access window will appear.

• Click the Password Options tab.

  Set your desired options under Password Security. Note that if you choose to save client credit card information, there are certain minimum requirements for passwords. These requirements are set by the credit card industry and are known as CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program). If you would like to use the CISP password requirements even though you are not storing client credit card information, click the Use CISP Password Requirements button.

• Click the OK button to save your changes.
