Q. I am getting a -10002 error when trying to run SuccessWare Client. What should I do?

A. Perform the following steps.

1) Start SuccessWare Client while holding down the Alt key on Windows or the Option key on Macintosh. A Connect to Server window will appear.

2) Click the Recent tab.

3) Select SuccessWare Server in the list.

4) Delete it by pressing the Delete key on your keyboard.

5) Click the TCP/IP tab. You should see SuccessWare Server in the list under this tab. If you do, select it and click OK. If you don't see it in the list, you may have a network issue or SuccessWare Client is being blocked on the network. Check your network and check that port 19813 is not being blocked by the firewall on your server.
