Create new events or appointments by clicking and dragging within the schedule on the desired day and time. Set appointment dates and times visually.

Schedules sessions, weddings, sales consultations, meetings, order pickups, vacations, holidays and any other appointment or event in your studio. Gives the the flexibility to schedule anything.

Each type of event can have its own user-specified default length of time. Saves time when scheduling appointments, sessions, etc. Just specify the starting time and the ending time is automatically filled in. You can always change the ending time for the event if necessary.

Displays schedules graphically for one day or multiple days. Looks and works just like a traditional appointment book.

View the schedules for people, locations and/or equipment side-by-side. Easily determine when an event that depends on the availability of certain people, locations and/or equipment can be scheduled.

Shows client and prospect contact information right on the schedule. No need to look up phone numbers elsewhere.

Unlimited notes on each event. Describe the event fully so you and others will know exactly what needs to be accomplished.

Records who each appointment is with and automatically fills in their contact information. Saves time and insures accuracy.

Schedules the photographers, salespeople, assistants, equipment and locations needed by an event or appointment. Allows you to specify the exact requirements for each event.

Tells you if people, equipment or locations are already scheduled during an event. Avoid accidentally double-booking your valuable studio resources.

Schedules “repeating” events by allowing you to enter one event that describes how the event repeats (such as a staff meeting every Monday morning at 9:00 AM). Saves time when scheduling recurring events since you enter them once rather than entering them over and over again.

Easily modify and delete scheduled events and appointments. Gives you the flexibility to handle any scheduling changes.

Automatically colors each scheduled event with a color of your choosing. Allows you to determine the type of an event simply by noting its color.

Reschedule events by dragging them to a new day/time slot, by choosing a new date from a pop-up calendar or by entering a new date and/or time. Gives you complete flexibility when rescheduling events.

Change the ending time of an event by dragging the bottom of its time slot. Make time changes quick and easy.

Each event can have an unlimited number of resources—people, equipment and locations. Schedule events for as many resources as necessary.

When adding resources to an event or when modifying an event’s date or times, SuccessWare checks the event’s resources for conflicts with other events. Prevents you from double booking important resources.

Saves common sets of resources for future use. Saves time by allowing you to add all of the resources for an event in one easy step.

Finds upcoming appointments for clients and prospects. Determine the next appointment for a person with ease.

Many ways to navigate to dates—next and previous day, week and month buttons, today button, pop-up calendar, month/year pop-up menu and back/forward buttons (just like in web browsers). Move to dates quickly and easily.

Go To Time pop-up menu. View a specific time of day in one step without scrolling.

Displays any time range. Gives you the flexibility to display times outside of your business hours.

“Appointment confirmed” check boxes on event and session windows. Limits the wasted time and frustration of "no shows" by allowing you and your staff to track appointment confirmations easily.

Confirmed appointments appear on the scheduler window with bullets (•) framing their labels. See at a glance which appointments have been confirmed.

Saves preferences for business days and hours, the initial time range to display, the time interval (from 5 minutes to 1 hour), etc. Fully customize the scheduler to fit your studio's needs.

Prints schedules for anyone or anything during any time interval. No need to be at your computer to view your schedule.

Allows you to specify the display of the scheduler when it first appears (by day, week, people, etc.). See the scheduler the way you want to without any extra steps.

Allows you to specify what should be done when an attempt is made to schedule an appointment outside of your business hours. You can choose to allow it, disallow it, or have SuccessWare ask what should be done. Keeps you from accidentally scheduling appointments outside of business hours.

Exports scheduling information for importation into other applications (Outlook, iCal, etc.).
