Allows you to enter custom formal and informal salutations (Dear Susan)
and addressees for each prospect. Makes letters and E-mail messages
to your prospects more personal. For example, you can change a prospect
named Jill Anderson's salutation from Jill to Jim
and Jill. Then, when you write a letter or E-mail message to the
Andersons through SuccessWare, it will begin with Dear Jim and
Jill instead of just Dear Jill.
Stores home, work, cell, pager and fax numbers as well as an E-mail
address for each prospect. Always know how to get in touch with your
prospects.
Unlimited customized identifiers to group similar prospects. Gives you
the power to categorize your prospects in a way that fits your needs
for marketing, etc.
Records the date of an event for which the prospect needs photography
(wedding, bar mitzvah, prom, etc.) Keeps you from wasting time and money
marketing to prospects who you cannot serve because you are already
booked on the date of their event.
Automatically dials home, work, cell, pager and fax numbers using your
Hayes compatible modem. This feature is available wherever prospect
information appearseven appointments, to do tasks, etc. Please
note that USB modems are not supported at this time. Contact your prospects
by phone quickly and easily.
Saves contact notes for each prospect. Always know the best way to contact
your prospects.
Stores unlimited general notes about each prospect. Record notes on
conversations, their desires and concerns, etc. for easy reference.
Categorizes prospects. Group like prospects to aid in marketing, etc.
Find prospects by entering the first few letters of their last name
or double-clicking from a list. Quick and easy reference to all of your
prospects.
Conveniently lists all of the appointments for each prospect. Easily
find out when you have scheduled appointments with prospects without
searching through your appointment schedule.
Prints address labels for prospects. Can print using the popular DYMO®
LabelWriter brand printers. Makes it easy to mail to prospects.
Prints personalized letters to prospects. Produce letters for marketing,
follow-up, etc. without leaving SuccessWare.
Sends personalized E-mail to prospects. Messages can include HTML which
makes them look just like web pages—complete with images, web
links, information automatically inserted from SuccessWare, your choice
of fonts, font sizes and styles, etc. Compose and send E-mail messages
for marketing, follow-up, etc. right in SuccessWare.
Exclude individual prospects from direct mailings. Save money by limiting
your direct mail marketing to prospects that are likely to respond to
direct mail advertising.
Saves a history of all of your correspondence with prospects. Always
know when and why you contacted them via mail, e-mail, phone, etc.
Exports prospect information for importation into other applications
(Outlook, Address Book, etc.).
