You pay a monthly lease fee of $49 per month for the single-user version of SuccessWare or $79 for multi-user. This fee includes all upgrades and full support services on our toll-free 800 line. The multi-user lease fee includes 3 user licenses so that up to 3 people can use SuccessWare at the same time. Additional user licenses are available starting at just $19 a month per user.

There is a one-time $299 lease setup fee for single-user and $599 for multi-user. It includes 3 45-minute jump-start calls with our support team to quickly get you and your staff fully up and running with ease. Your first month fee is pro-rated based on when you receive your software. This pro-rated first month fee, the full second month fee, and the lease setup fee are due upon lease initiation.

You supply information for a credit card to be automatically charged monthly to extend your lease to the end of the following month. To insure no interruptions in your service, your lease fee will be automatically charged in the middle of each month. This gives us time to rectify problems that may occur, such as your card being declined, before the beginning of the month. If your card is declined for insufficient funds or for any other reason, you will be notified and a service fee may apply (service fees are generally waived unless your monthly fee cannot be processed multiple times). You may supply one or more backup cards to avoid service fees in the event your primary card is declined. You are solely responsible for keeping your credit card information (expiration date, etc.) up to date. SuccessWare, Inc. will notify you via e-mail when your primary credit card is about to expire.

Once your credit card is properly charged, the lease for your software is automatically extended over the Internet, provided your computer has access to the Internet. So, in most cases, there is nothing that you have to do to extend your lease each month. As a backup, you will receive a monthly e-mail message detailing how to extend your lease manually in case the Internet update mechanism fails for any reason. The procedure is very simple and takes less than a minute.
