Records each client's name, business and address. Always know where to send invoices, marketing pieces, etc. via mail.

Allows you to enter custom formal and informal salutations (Dear Susan) and addressees for each client. Makes letters and E-mail messages to your clients more personal. For example, you can change a client named Sandy Brightbill's salutation from “Sandy” to “George and Sandy.” Then, when you write a letter or E-mail message to the Brightbills through SuccessWare, it will begin with “Dear George and Sandy” instead of just “Dear Sandy.”

Prints custom labels containing client information and information on those people related to the client. Can print using the popular DYMO® LabelWriter brand printers. Place labels on client folders, lab bags, etc.

Store images of clients and their family members along with each person's name and any comments you may have. Never be embarrassed by not recognizing a past client or one of their children when they walk into your studio.

Stores home, work, cell, pager and fax numbers as well as an E-mail address for each client. Always know how to get in touch with your clients.

Automatically dials home, work, cell, pager and fax numbers using your Hayes compatible modem. This feature is available wherever client information appears—even orders, sessions, appointments, etc. Please note that USB modems are not supported at this time. Contact your clients by phone quickly and easily.

Saves contact notes for each client. Always know the best way to contact your clients.

Stores unlimited general notes about each client. Record notes on conversations, client desires/concerns, etc. for easy reference.

Records personal information on each client such as their sex, date of birth, eye color, hair color, skin color, wedding anniversary date, school, pets, people who are related to the client (children, spouse, fiancee, etc.). Sends personalized E-mail to clients and those related to clients. Messages can include HTML which makes them look just like web pages—complete with images, web links, information automatically inserted from SuccessWare, your choice of fonts, font sizes and styles, etc. Compose and send E-mail messages for marketing, follow-up, etc. right in SuccessWare.

Exclude individual clients from direct mailings. Save money by limiting your direct mail marketing to past clients that are likely to respond.

Saves a history of all of your correspondence with clients. Always know when and why you contacted them via mail, e-mail, phone, etc.

Records whether clients are sales tax exempt. Avoid accidentally charging sales tax on orders for exempt clients.

Unlimited number of clients. Keep a history of all of your clients for marketing purposes.

Exports client information for importation into other applications (Outlook, Address Book, etc.).
